Refund policy

Daily Bible Companion sells digital products only.

Because our products are delivered electronically, they cannot be physically returned. For this reason, all digital product sales are final once the file has been delivered or accessed.

Free digital downloads do not require payment and are offered at no cost.

Refunds are not provided for digital products after delivery, including cases where a customer changes their mind, purchases by mistake, or no longer wants the product after receiving access.

If you experience a technical issue, do not receive your download email, receive the wrong file, or cannot access your purchase, please contact us. We will review the issue and do our best to make sure you receive the correct file.

Daily Bible Companion reserves the right to review each request individually in cases of duplicate charges, failed delivery, or technical error.
